REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Booking Confirmation

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been sent.

​

2. Cancellation by Guest

​

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

​

4. Changes to Booking

​

Date changes may be possible depending on availability. Guests are encouraged to contact us as early as possible to arrange changes.

​

5. Cancellation by Host

​

If we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule their stay.

​

6. Force Majeure

​

We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, travel disruptions, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will try to offer alternative dates where possible.
