1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to the guest via email or message.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. No booking is guaranteed without payment.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Guests agree to comply with published check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged in advance.

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests agree to:

  • Treat the property and its contents with care.

  • Leave the accommodation in reasonable condition.

  • Report any damage or issues promptly.

Guests may be charged for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

6. Occupancy

Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking may stay in the unit unless prior approval has been given.

7. Noise & Respect for Neighbours

Guests are expected to respect neighbours and keep noise to reasonable levels, especially during evening and night hours.

8. Liability

Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The owner is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Injuries occurring on the property, except where required by law.

9. Force Majeure

The owner cannot be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as extreme weather, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or end a stay if guests seriously breach house rules or cause disturbance or damage.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
